Let's focus on finding ways to reduce anxiety and stress through adding structure and discipline to our daily routines.  Here are several strategies that will assist you:


  • Make a daily list of activities that you want to accomplish each day

  • Make time in that schedule for "down time"

  • Limit social media posting and monitoring to 2 hours per day

  • Look to discover your most productive time of day and work on your most important tasks during this time

  • Don't beat yourself up if you cannot complete everything on time...we are looking for progress not perfection.
