Pamela Browne, Senior Vice President

Mental Health Executive | Researcher | Advocate

Pamela R. Browne is a mental health executive, researcher, and advocate with over 20 years of experience transforming lives at the intersection of behavioral health, public policy, and community action. As Senior Vice President of Milestones Mental Health LLC, she drives bold, research-informed strategies that expand access to care, elevate service quality, and create lasting impact for individuals and communities facing mental health challenges.

Having held impactful leadership roles across premier organizations including NAMI Prince George’s County, Total Health Care, and Progressive Life Center, Pamela pairs rigorous research with compassionate practice to move the needle on some of the most pressing issues in behavioral health today. Her work with several federal and nonprofit healthcare organizations positioned her as a trusted consultant to behavioral health agencies nationwide.

Currently pursuing her doctorate at Morgan State University, Pamela is a George Washington University Health Policy Leadership Fellow, 2020 Michelle Obama Leadership Award recipient, and Board President of the Opportunities Industrialization Center of Anne Arundel County. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family. She aspires to continue building innovative programs that promote healing, resilience, and lasting community impact.
