- help people discover their gifts
- help them recognize drift
- support meaningful shifts
- cultivate uplift leadership
The GDSU Conversation Pattern
When someone describes a challenge, practitioners naturally ask four questions:
1. Where is the Gift in this situation?
2. Where is Drift showing up?
3. What Shift needs to happen?
4. How can this become Uplift for others?
This creates a consistent coaching and leadership dialogue.
Why the Language System Matters
When people start saying things like:
- “I think I’m drifting.”
- “That was a powerful shift.”
- “She helped me activate my gift.”
- “We need an uplift culture here.”
